Brief Introduction about yourself
1. Liasoning with banks & financial Institutions & maintaining relationship. 2. Preparation of project information memorandum as per credit requirement, credit proposals to Banks in their format & preparation of financial models, CMA Data, analyzing Financial Statement, business plan to be shared with banks. 3. Engage with Statutory auditors, Internal Auditor, lawyers & other stakeholders. 4. Assist in preparing financial models for upcoming new ventures like – Logistics, NBFC. 5. Engage with rating agencies, for arranging new credit ratings, annual survelliance & rating upgrade for group companies. 6. Represent group companies at various platforms & also give presentations to concerned stakeholders, maintain MIS. 7. Responsible for Fund Raising, Credit Rating, Banking transaction & operations & other day to day operations. 8. Work and assist Management Team & Directors in formulating & implementing Group level polices & systems. 9. Any other assignment as & when assigned by Reporting Manager or any member from management team.
