• Coordination with vendors and buyers simultaneously.
• Sourcing as per consignee requirements.
• Handling all Export, and Logistics activities.
• Making Purchase Order
• Preparation of Export / Import Documentations like Commercial Invoices, Packing List, B/L etc.
• Preparation of Proforma Invoice for making payments.
• Preparation of Quotations.
• Bank Guarantee / Letter of Credit
• Drafting Letters.
• Update daily reports along with the dispatch and stock report in Excel.
