Responsibilities:-

• Accountable for planning the various manufacturing activities, coordinating between Supply Chain, Sales, Commercial, Design, Vendors, and other stake holders
• Responsible for establishing and improving lean manufacturing practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, leading productivity, and cost optimization projects
• Creating budgets, planning capex and opex, infrastructure and facilities management, identifying resource requirements, controlling and managing inventory at all levels
• Accountable for product quality, process quality and overall customer satisfaction
• Liaising with vendors, buyers etc. Client meetings for Inspection of their facilities and requirement gathering.
• Hiring and training the new talent
• Regular reporting on the overall status to management
