Key Responsibilities Area :
1. Achievement of Premium Targets by selling various Life Insurance products to individuals as well as Corporate prospects.
2. Achieve maximum conversion from Sales Leads and Referrals generated through various sources.
3. Coordinate with Back Office Team, Insurers & Customers for prompt and smooth policy issuance and for any post sales requirement.
4. Upsell & Cross Sell new products to existing customers by using Need Analysis and other tools.
5. Conduct various lead and referral generation activities periodically.
6. Assist Back Office & Claims Team for policy related issues & claims of customers.
7. Remain updated with new product launches and industry development.
