Good to have – 1-2 years selling experience (ideally in complex products – insurance eg. Policy bazaar, investment eg. ULIP, NBFC, educational toys, IT, time share products eg. Club mahindra, stem cell) Good communication and soft skills Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools Strong listening skills, ability to think on the feet and resolve customer queries Should know how to drive a car
As a customer sales executive candidate will be responsible for organising customer test drives for their chosen vehicles, explain features of the vehicle as well as the terms and conditions of the product. Answering customer queries in a clear and polite manner and guiding customers through the sales process and completing the sale. CSE will be responsible for the end to end conversion of a lead and will need to maintain proper process documentation and follow up with the customer. He/She will be responsible for reporting correct information to their manager and to adopt and deliver sales process changes, time bound campaigns and other marketing activities if needed.
