Roles and Responsibility
• Drive and manage all paid B2C and channel partnership campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media OKRs • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid     media with guidance from the head of marketing • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media with reporting to head of marketing • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies • Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to successfully meet the predefined      OKRs • Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment. • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and   convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure    mind-set. • Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to     introduce our product for each target group. • Build and run A/B tests across the landing page, ad pages and the homepage. • Work alongside the development and design team to optimise, build and manage the website,        conversion funnels and creative testing • Be up to date on the latest PPC and SEO changes and policy revision and be able to act and change    strategy accordingly • Expert in Facebook Ads and Remarketing strategies and campaign implementation
