She must have Excellent Written & Verbal Communication with good personality. Greet guests and provide them with the front desk customer service and maintain the visitor register.Answer all client questions and incoming calls.Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.Monitor, organize and maintain all in and out registers.Track office equipment and supplies.Manage soft calls regarding our projects & handling greeting emails to the clients.Must be ready for handling events if required by the time to time.
