Brief Introduction about yourself
Person should have knowledge of food testing (physical & chemical testing, analytical procedures) as per FSSAI regulations especially for all type of food products.
Should be capable for documentation as per NABL requirement.
With science competency should have oral comprehension, oral expression, written expression as well as to be able to apply general rules to specific problems related to food testing.
Having technical liaison skill to coordinate testing with other laboratories and vendor. Research and build relationships with new clients.
