  • Knowledge on the Customizations in OAB and modified the Configurations at different levels to follow Oracle rules and hierarchy of Eligibility and Electability rules.
  • Employee and Manager Self Service Personalization and user creation.
  • Monitor personal performance data as well as team performance data.
  • Resolving issues in production for the migrated components. Analyzing the root cause, fixing the issue and migrating the modified code to Production.
  • Support and supervise the functional and technical teams that support Oracle HRMS to make sure that the HR systems are being supported properly, and propose both functional and technical solutions to resolve issues raised by the system users.
  • Delivered Training / end user in Knowledge Transfer Sessions related UAT & PROD.
  • Resolving day to day functional and technical issues.
  • Was involved on production support of HRMS modules including HR and Talent Management.
  • Involved in creating End User Training Documents.
