Brief Introduction about yourself
As part of the tele-sales team at Revv subscriptions the candidate will be responsible to drive the
end to end sales process for a customer starting with reaching out to customers to explain the
product and features to coordinating and ensuring the vehicle is delivered properly. During this
journey the associate will own the customer relationship, ensuring all customer queries are
addressed in a timely manner and with the correct information.
Receive inbound customer calls and dial outbound customers based on leads assigned, to
achieve agreed sales targets, and to resolve queries and complaints
Maintain customer requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of campaigns
Achieve call handling targets and standards
Record data accurately
Maintain a positive attitude at all times and ensure there is a high customer service focus
Achieve and exceed daily KPIs as set by the campaign requirements
