• Plan, execute and maintain quality coverage as per DRCP (Daily route coverage plan) to maximise business.
  • On the job training to merchandisers.
  • Visit customers as per route plan.
  • Responsible for sales volume, SBD, COH, Index, Golden Stores and Golden points as per-determined plan.
  • Delivery of conceptual selling plans.
  • Provide complete information about products, schemes etc. with the help of detailer.
  • Build goodwill in the market.
  • Records and Reports.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superiors.
