Responsibilities:-

  • Lead in the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Accountable for technical solutions proposed/implemented and all changes pushed to a production environment
  • Good hands-on experience in UI macros, script include, UI policies, Business rules, database views, portal.
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
  • Experience & good understanding of ServiceNow orchestration.
  • Experience implementing best practices and procedures.
  • Experience with database design schemas and modeling.
  • Experience in scripting languages Java, HTML, AngularJS, Python, SQL, Shell Scripting.
