Brief Introduction about yourself
Handle projects independently, under guidance of Principal Architect & in conjunction with Project Architect. To be solely responsible for Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Principal Architect wrt all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings.

Check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get accurate calculation.
Ensure that the quality of materials used is according to the expectations. Needs to oversee the requisition and selection of the materials.
Set the prices according to the cost effective measures.
Monitor the contract documents such as managing, monitoring and interpreting the design.
Supervise the labor force and sub contractors on day to day basis.
Maintain quality control on the site.
Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise in the site.
Handle projects independently, under guidance & in conjunction with Project Architect.
