Inbound and Outbound calls to support the SMB customers on any technical issues (trouble tickets) (assurance) either via troubleshooting or by escalating it to the right platform partners and coordinating for resolution. Supporting field engineers (technicians) via phone call for any technical troubleshooting that helps test the efficacy of the work they have done in the field or supporting with a system update that compliments the completion of field work.
